Juvenile Records
A request for juvenile records must be submitted in writing to the Riverside County Probation Custodian of Records. Please note all juvenile records are considered confidential and shall be safeguarded from unauthorized and improper disclosure.

Adult Records
Requests for adult records must be submitted in writing to or served upon the Riverside County Probation Custodian of Records. A subpoena duces tecum must be served upon the Riverside County Probation Custodian of Records. Please allow five (5) days for criminal case requests and 15 days for civil requests pursuant to section 1560(b) of the California Evidence Code.
